My experience at the Connecting Communities Digital Initiative summer event!
The Connecting Communities Digital Initiative (CCDI) “encourages creators in Black, Indigenous, and communities of color to combine Library materials with technology to connect Americans with a more expansive understanding of our past and future.” At the 2022 Summer Fuse event, I learned about grantee projects and participated in the CCDI Board’s discussion of critical changes needed at the Library of Congress and in the library field. 1
